AWARE Membership Kickoff

Speaker: Dr. Yune S. Lee, Assistant Professor/ AWARE Grant Recipient
Dr. Yune Lee received a PhD in cognitive neuroscience from Dartmouth College and postdoctoral training at University of Pennsylvania. Before joining BBS at UTD, he was an Assistant Professor at the Ohio State University.
Dr. Lee is director of the SLAM (Speech, Language, and Music) lab housed in Callier clinical research center, where he leads several basic and translational research projects aiming to understand therapeutic roles of music in communication disorders with diverse populations including Alzheimer’s, Aphasia, and developmental language disorders. He currently has a grant from AWARE Dallas.
